Commence 2023 by Strengthening International Cooperation, STIKI Malang Collaborates with Universities from Four Different Countries to Collaborate.

STIKI Malang, through the Global Partnership and Public Relationship Unit (GPPR), remains committed to expanding international collaboration between STIKI Malang and various institutions and universities abroad. Recently, at the beginning of 2023, STIKI Malang initiated collaborations with several international campuses simultaneously.

Arif Tirtana, S.Kom., M.Kom., Head of the GPPR Unit, stated, “At the beginning of this year, STIKI Malang has initiated collaborations with 4 international universities: firstly, Lovely Professional University (LPU) in India, secondly, Thai Global Business Administration College (TGBC) in Thailand, thirdly, Malaysia Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) currently in the process of signing a Memorandum of Understanding, and fourthly, Wayne State University (WSU) in the United States.”

The purpose of these international collaborations is to facilitate all members of the academic community at STIKI Malang in carrying out the Tri Dharma of Higher Education and to support STIKI Malang’s goal of international recognition. It aims to establish positive collaborations that can expand and be beneficial for the institution and the world,” added Arif.

Certainly, with the implementation of these international collaborations, STIKI Malang will progress further on the international stage, providing valuable experiences for the entire academic community at STIKI Malang to better understand the international world and stay up-to-date with global developments. In the near future, the GPPR Unit at STIKI Malang will organize international workshops and open credit transfer programs so that STIKI Malang students can experience the cultural and educational atmosphere abroad,” Arif emphasized.

Meanwhile, Arif hopes that in the future, STIKI Malang will consistently increase collaborations with institutions, agencies, and partners. The implementation of these collaboration activities is expected to enhance the capacity and capabilities of the entire academic community at STIKI Malang, including students, lecturers, and staff.
